Non Pro Hunter Grants Available 2023 National Horse Show

Lexington, KY – Oct. 2, 2023 – The National Horse Show is proud to announce new Non-Pro Hunter Grants. These grants are open to children, adults, juniors and amatuers who wish to pursue their goals in the hunter ring. If awarded one of these grants, riders will be required to submit receipts and a description of their experience.

Grants are funded by the National Horse Show Endowment, which was established in 2022 in honor of the late-Chairman, Mason Phelps. The grant was sponsored by the Endowment Committee members, Clementina Brown, Margaret H. Duprey, and Amanda Pollack. The Committee believes that this Grant empowers the Endowment’s Mission Statement:

The National Horse Show Endowment was established to sustain the legacy and prestige of the National Horse Show and its patrons. The endowment will focus on education and talent development for young riders in underrepresented divisions.
