Lexington, KY – January 8, 2026 – The National Horse Show (NHS) has opened Area Championship Host Applications for 2026. Horse Shows wishing to host an Area Championship for the:
NHS ASPCA Maclay National Championship
NHS 3’3″ Equitation Championship Sponsored by the Hamel Foundation
NHS Adult Equitation Championship Sponsored by THIS
must complete and submit their bids on or before 5:00 PM EST on Saturday, January 31, 2026.

AREA CHAMPIONSHIPS
MACLAY: THE AREA CHAMPION IN EACH REGION WILL RECEIVE AN INVITATION TO COMPETE AT FINALS IF NOT OTHERWISE QUALIFIED.
HAMEL & THIS ADULT: THE TOP 3 AREA CHAMPIONS OF EACH REGION WILL RECEIVE AN INVITATION TO COMPETE AT THE FINAL IF NOT OTHERWISE QUALIFIED.
