The NHS Participants’ hotel group blocks have been confirmed. Guests may begin making reservations at their preferred hotel using the direct booking links provided below, or by contacting the hotels directly and identifying yourself as a National Horse Show participant.
We encourage you to review the cancellation policy of your selected hotel prior to booking and reserve early. Hotels will sell out!

These group blocks are set to offer a 15% discount off the current Best Available Rate at the time of booking. Please note that the deadline to reserve within the group block is midnight on September 29, 2025. After this time, any unbooked rooms will be released back into the hotel’s general inventory and will no longer be available at the group rate.
