Use this link to set up your competition organizer account. Please do not set up individual shows / classes.
Use the Class Application function below to submit show and class details.
Competition organizers who would like to host an Area Championship for the Maclay, Hamel Medal, or THIS Adult Medal must complete and submit their bids on or before:
5:00 PM EST on Saturday, January 31, 2026.
Competition organizers use the links below to submit their show details and class applications.
If submitting for a single show, use the single competition option.
If submitting for multiple shows, choose the multi show option where you will upload your list of competitions.
Competition organizers can upload results using the USEF results file created from their show office software, pay online with a credit card or indicate payment being mailed.
Once results are uploaded, the organizer will be immediately notified if any inaccuracies are present, then asked to confirm the submission.
As an alternative, organizers can simply email the results file created from the show software directly to nhsequitation@gmail.com, then follow up with the provided receipt and check for payment.
Organizers may use the form below to mail in payment. Please indicate the date at which results were emailed.
