NHS Grant Program

The NHS Grant Program, honoring Leo Conroy & Mason Phelps and their dedication to the National Horse Show,
assists NHS competitors who require financial need in order to attend.

Guidelines

This grant is annually awarded to riders competing in the:

ASPCA Maclay Finals
Taylor Harris Insurance Services NHS Adult Equitation Championships
Hamel Foundation NHS 3’3″ Equitation Championship
Junior / Amateur Owner / Adult Hunter sections

Recipients will receive the following:

Stall, entry fees, and stipend to cover additional show-related expenses

The Leo Conroy Grant Program is open to riders who qualify to compete in the previously mentioned divisions.
Previous recipients of the Leo Conroy Grant may not re-apply.

The grant application process is not yet open for 2025.
