As we prepare for the 2026 National Horse Show at Tryon International, please review the following important pre-arrival requirements.
Stall Reservations and Horse Entries
- All stalls must be ordered and prepaid prior to arrival through the Show Management System.
- Barn accounts and non-showing horse entries can be created in SMS for each week. All horses must be entered, including non-showing horses, so they can be issued a back number and have their health papers linked.
Stabling Counts and Group Requests
- Please confirm total stall counts for your trainer group by emailing davidmorlando@outlook.com as soon as possible.
- Groups wishing to stable together should designate one point of contact email address and include a list of trainer and horse names (as listed on entries), along with the total number of stalls needed, including tack and extra stalls. This will help us coordinate stabling and accommodate groups together whenever possible. While requests will be considered, placement together cannot be guaranteed.
- Any early arrival or late departure requests must be included in this email and arranged in advance.
Shavings, Hay, and Grain Orders
- Shavings and hay orders can be placed using the Stable Master Order Form.
- Grain and other special orders can be placed directly through the Hay Rack.
Stabling Assignments
- Stabling assignments will be available closer to the event through NHS Stable Master.
Required Electronic Waiver
- Please take a moment to complete the Tryon Electronic Waiver before arrival.
Entry Questions
- For any entry-related questions prior to the show, please contact the Show Office at showoffice@nhs.org.
